Xavier Barrera Game Report: vs Alexander

Eagle Pass came out on top against Alexander on Thursday thanks in part to Xavier Barrera's efforts. Barrera turned in nothing short of a gem, throwing for 116 yards and three touchdowns while completing 72.7% of his passes, and also rushing for 51 yards and one score on only six carries.

Coming up, Barrera and Eagle Pass will face off against United at 7:00 p.m. on the 25th. The Eagles had to take a loss when they last met the Longhorns, but Barrera had little to do with the loss: he threw for 122 yards and one TD, and also rushed for 60 yards.
