Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask West). They were the clear victor by a 68-46 margin over the Briggs Bruins on Friday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Cowboys also won the last time the pair played back in January.

Despite the loss, Briggs still got an impressive performance from Damian Phoubaykham, who went 6 for 12 on his way to 16 points and five rebounds. Jordan Fleming was another key player, putting up five points and eight rebounds.

The victory made it two in a row for West and bumps their season record up to 2-3. As for Briggs, they dropped their record down to 1-4 with the loss, which was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season.

West wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 50-44 win against Central Crossing on the 14th. As for Briggs, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 64-54 victory against Independence on the 17th.
