Football Recap: Enterprise Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Enterprise and Chico squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Enterprise had to settle for second. They were beaten by the Panthers 35-6. The Hornets' loss continues a trend for the squad, making it four in a row.

Several Hornets players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Izaiah Mikell, who rushed for 68 yards on only nine carries, and also threw for 203 yards on only 17 passes. Another back making a difference was Koby Johnson, who gained 109 total yards and a touchdown.

Enterprise's defeat dropped their record down to 3-8. As for Chico, their victory was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 9-2.

Enterprise does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Chico, they will challenge Red Bluff at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Panthers will need to watch out since the Spartans have now posted at least 31 points in their last three games.
