Baseball Recap: Normandy Invaders vs. Westlake Demons
Normandy had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 7 runs) and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. They came within a single run of losing the streak, but they secured a 9-8 W against the Westlake Demons. This was a revenge game for the Invaders: when they faced off against the Demons back in April, they had to take a 6-1 loss.

Gabe Montgomery looked comfortable as he pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. What's more, he posted two strikeouts, the most he's had over his last three contests.
