Baseball Game Preview: Glencoe Crimson Tide vs. McMinnville Grizzlies

Glencoe hasn't had much luck against McMinnville recently, but that could start to change on Monday. The Crimson Tide will look to defend their home field against the Grizzlies at 5:00 p.m. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this matchup.

On Friday, Glencoe came up short against Liberty and fell 10-6. The Crimson Tide have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Glencoe saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Lucas Culbertson, who went 2-for-3 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs.

Meanwhile, McMinnville unfortunately witnessed the end of their nine-game winning streak on Friday. They came up short against Sherwood, falling 10-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Grizzlies have suffered since April 10th.

Glencoe's defeat dropped their record down to 8-15. As for McMinnville, their loss dropped their record down to 18-5.
