Volleyball Recap: Edison Comes Up Short

Edison entered their matchup against West Campus on Saturday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Vikings fell 2-0 to the Warriors. If the Vikings were looking for revenge after losing 2-0 to the Warriors when the teams met back in October of 2019, then they'll just have to keep looking.

While Edison was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 25-18.

Edison's defeat dropped their record down to 14-7. As for West Campus, the victory (which was their ninth in a row) raised their record to 26-4.

Looking ahead, Edison will host Bear Creek at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for West Campus, they will be staying on the road on Saturday to face off against Vintage at 12:00 p.m.
