Nathan Kimmel gave up the fewest hits he has since back in April on Friday. Hoover had no answer to Kimmel as he struck out ten batters over six innings while giving up just one earned run off one hit. Kimmel has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't tossed less than six strikeouts in three consecutive appearances.
