Basketball Game Preview: Greene Central Rams vs. West Bladen Knights

The Greene Central Rams will square off against the West Bladen Knights on Friday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Greene Central comes in on three and West Bladen on 17.

Greene Central is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Tuesday. They snuck past Washington with a 64-60 victory. The win was all the more spectacular given the Rams' disadvantage in MaxPreps' North Carolina basketball rankings (they are ranked 191st, while the Pam Pack are ranked 39th).

Meanwhile, West Bladen didn't have too much trouble with Ayden - Grifton on Tuesday as they won 47-33.

West Bladen's win came from a few key players Greene Central will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Chase Williams, who posted 17 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Hezekiah Adams, who earned 12 points.

West Bladen pushed their record up to 24-1 with the victory, which was their 15th straight at home. As for Greene Central, they now have a winning record of 12-11.
