Soccer Recap: Lockport Takes a Loss

Lockport lost against Lewiston-Porter back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Lions came up short against the Lancers, falling 4-1. While losing is never fun, Lockport can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' New York soccer rankings (they are ranked 89th, while Lewiston-Porter are ranked seventh).

Lockport's loss dropped their record down to 5-4-1. As for Lewiston-Porter, their win bumped their record up to 15-0.

Lockport does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Lewiston-Porter, they are taking a road trip to square off against International Prep at Grover at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
