Big Sandy extended their winning streak to seven on Saturday, bumping them up to 7-1. They walked away with a 46-39 win over the Centerville Bulldogs. This was payback for the Wildcats, who suffered a 68-46 loss the last time these two teams met.

As for Centerville, they moved to 7-5 with that defeat, which also ended their three-game winning streak. The contest marked their lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Centerville's loss came despite strong showings from Hardy Brown and Kolt Larsen. Brown posted 19 points, while Larsen dropped a double-double with 14 points and 17 rebounds. That was a full 35.9% of the Bulldogs' points, marking the third time in a row Larsen has earned more than a third of the team's points.
