Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Mount Notre Dame). They simply couldn't be stopped on Thursday as they easily beat the Mercy McAuley Wolves 82-13. Mount Notre Dame has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven contests by 23 points or more this season.

Despite the loss, Mercy McAuley still got an impressive performance from Jordyn Leary, who posted seven points along with 11 boards and three steals.

The win made it two in a row for Mount Notre Dame and bumps their season record up to 10-2. As for Mercy McAuley, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-6.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Mount Notre Dame will square off against Ursuline Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Mercy McAuley, they will face off against Indian Hill at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday. Indian Hill will roll in looking for their seventh straight victory, something Mercy McAuley surely won't give up without a fight.
