Soccer Recap: GVCS Broadfording's Win Ends Three-Game Losing Streak at Home

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Non Varsity Opponent, GVCS Broadfording was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They came out on top against Springdale Prep by a score of 3-1. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 6-3 two weeks ago.

GVCS Broadfording's win ended a three-match drought at home and bumped them up to 11-10-1. As for Springdale Prep, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 10-4-1.

GVCS Broadfording does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Springdale Prep, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Mercersburg Academy at 6:00 p.m. on November 7.
