Volleyball Recap: Greene County Tech Takes a Loss

Greene County Tech lost against Westside back in August of 2015 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Golden Eagles fell 3-1 to the Warriors.

Vada Watkins was a one-woman wrecking crew For Westside. as she had 20 digs and two aces. That's the most digs Watkins has posted over her last six contests.

Greene County Tech has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-7 record this season. As for Westside, they pushed their record up to 17-2-2 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road.

Looking ahead, Greene County Tech will be playing at home against Mountain Home at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Westside, they will venture away from home to square off against Highland at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
