Mansfield was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Dora Falcons. The Lions were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Falcons apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in October of 2023.

Mansfield has already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Bradleyville on the 5th. As for Dora, they will be playing at home against Gainesville at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Considering Dora has lost four straight at home (dating back to last season) and Gainesville three straight on the road , this one might come down to who's more desperate to change their momentum.
