Preview: Golden Gate Titans vs. East Lee County Jaguars
The Golden Gate Titans will stay at home for another game and welcome the East Lee County Jaguars at 7:00 p.m. on January 19th. Golden Gate will be strutting in after a victory while East Lee County will be coming in after a loss.
Last Friday, Golden Gate strolled past Immokalee with points to spare, taking the game 35-16.
Chrisna Charlot was the offensive standout of the game as she scored 17 points. That's the first time this season that she scored 15 or more points. Aniah Buchanan was another key contributor, scoring 11 points.
Meanwhile, East Lee County was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Wednesday as they fell 52-48 to North Fort Myers.
Golden Gate's victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 3-12. As for East Lee County, their loss dropped their record down to 3-9.
