Kaden Gaiten Turns in Season-Best Performance
On Friday, Dublin got the W thanks in part to Kaden Gaiten playing the best football he has all season. Gaiten rushed for 133 yards and three touchdowns on only 13 carries, and also threw for 172 yards and two touchdowns, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. He got the majority of those rushing yards when he took off on a run that went for an incredible 80 yards.
For the season, Gaiten has thrown 25 touchdowns while averaging 221.3 passing yards per game.

Brown Made His Presence Known in Tolar's 35-7 Win
Tolar picked up their ninth consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to Peyton Brown. Eastland had no answer to Brown as he rushed for 139 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 8.7 yards per carry. Brown's rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his third straight game with at least 112 rushing yards.
Brown and Tolar will take on Millsap at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Rattlers got just the result they wanted when they last faced the Bulldogs, probably because Brown had a solid game then too: he rushed for 90 yards and a touchdown on only 11 carries. Can he match (or beat) that performance?

Alijah Stark's Rushing Yards a New Career-High
Brady was led to victory by Alijah Stark, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Stark rushed for 106 yards and two touchdowns on only 14 carries, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process.
Brady pushed their record up to 8-2 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. Stark and Brady will face off against Jacksboro at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Barton Came Up Big in Early's 36-22 Loss
While Weston Barton delivered a dominant performance on Friday, a win just wasn't in the cards for Early. Barton was unstoppable, throwing for 318 yards and three touchdowns.
For the season, Barton has thrown 14 touchdowns while averaging 182 passing yards per game.
