Basketball Recap: Hagerman Comes Up Short

If Hagerman was feeling good fresh off their 68-37 takedown of Tatum last Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Hagerman Bobcats were outmatched by the Texico Wolverines and fell 77-50. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Wolverines this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 73-48 back in January.

Hagerman's loss dropped their record down to 14-8. As for Texico, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 11 of their last 12 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 20-2 record this season.

Looking ahead, Hagerman will head out to face off against Loving at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Texico, they will look to defend their home court on Monday against Melrose at 7:00 p.m.
