Coronado won the last time they faced Mojave and things went their way on Friday too. The Coronado Cougars snuck past the Mojave Rattlers with a 20-14 victory. Winning may never get old, but the Cougars sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Coronado is also on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last ten games, which provided a nice bump to their 12-6 record this season. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 11.8 points per game. As for Mojave, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 13-5.

Coronado wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, a 24-0 win against Clark on the 4th. Mojave has also already played their next contest (against Rancho), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
