The Fort Lauderdale Flying L's can finally bid farewell to their six-game losing streak thanks to their game on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Boyd Anderson 38-10 at home. The victory was just what Fort Lauderdale needed coming off of a 44-14 defeat in their prior matchup.

When it comes to explaining why Boyd Anderson lost, one person who can't be blamed is Jason Bell. Despite the final result, he picked up 160 receiving yards. Bell was no stranger to the big play, lighting up the secondary with a catch that went for 60 yards.

Fort Lauderdale's win bumped their record up to 2-6. As for Boyd Anderson, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-8.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Fort Lauderdale has the luxury of staying home another week and will welcome Stranahan at 7:00 p.m. on November 3rd. Stranahan is hoping to put an end to a three-game streak of away losses. As for Boyd Anderson, they will be playing at home against McArthur at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. McArthur presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Boyd Anderson in Florida (McArthur is ranked 187th, while Boyd Anderson is ranked 395th).
