Soccer Game Preview: Manchester Memorial vs. Nashua North

The Manchester Memorial Crusaders will head out to face off against the Nashua North Titans at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. Manchester Memorial will be strutting in after a victory while Nashua North will be coming in after a defeat.

Manchester Memorial barely beat Timberlane the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Crusaders blew past the Owls 7-1 on Thursday. Manchester Memorial haven't had any issues with Timberlane recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

Meanwhile, Nashua North has been on a difficult stretch since their win on September 11. They lost 5-0 to Bishop Guertin on Thursday. While losing is never fun, Nashua North can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' New Hampshire soccer rankings (they are ranked 57th, while Bishop Guertin are ranked seventh).

Manchester Memorial's victory bumped their record up to 6-4-4. As for Nashua North, their loss dropped their record down to 2-9-2.

Manchester Memorial took their win against Nashua North in their previous matchup back in October of 2024 by a conclusive 3-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Crusaders since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
