Volleyball Recap: Brooklyn Center Comes Up Short

Brooklyn Center was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat dating back to last season. They fell 2-0 to the Como Park Cougars. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Centaurs of the 2-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2015.

Brooklyn Center's defeat dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Como Park, their win ended a five-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-2.

Coming up, Brooklyn Center will head out to challenge Breck at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Como Park, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against South St. Paul on the 23rd.
