Softball Recap: Reynolds Raiders vs. Gresham Gophers
Reynolds was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 18-2 to the Gresham Gophers. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Reynolds of the 23-1 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April.
Reynolds saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jaslene Magana, who went 1-for-2 with a double and an RBI.
On Gresham's side, La Terra Foster-Frison was incredible, going 3-for-4 with a home run, three RBI, and two runs. Suntaya Riddle was another key contributor, scoring two runs while going 2-for-3.
Reynolds' loss dropped their record down to 2-21. As for Gresham, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 12-13.
As of now, neither Reynolds nor Gresham have any future games scheduled.
