Jamaica won the last time they faced Van Buren and things went their way on Thursday too. The Beavers put the hurt on the Vee Bees with a sharp 17-4 win. The Beavers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five matchups by eight runs or more this season.

Neil Sirjoo was a major factor no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, striking out nine batters over five innings while giving up four earned runs off six hits (and only one walk). He also tossed a walk, which is notable because Jamaica is undefeated when he allows at most one walk, but 2-5 otherwise.
