New Berlin West had to skate by with only a one-set margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the three-set drubbing they dealt Greendale on Tuesday. The Vikings were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Panthers. The win continues a trend for the Vikings in their matchups with the Panthers: they've now won six in a row.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-9, 25-20, 25-15.

Willow Kumprey paced New Berlin West's offense, picking up ten kills. Kumprey got some help from Haidyn Klemstein and her 20 assists. Kumprey was also solid from the service line: she led the team with six aces.

New Berlin West's victory bumped their record up to 17-9. As for Greendale, they have been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last nine matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-23 record this season.
