Highland Prep won the last time they faced River Valley and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Highland Prep Honey Badgers walked away with a 56-47 victory over the River Valley Dust Devils. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Honey Badgers.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Highland Prep to victory, but perhaps none more so than Terrance Byrd, who dropped a double-double on 17 points and 14 boards. Aeden Calini was another key player, almost dropping a double-double on nine points and 19 rebounds.

Highland Prep is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 16-7 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 64.0 points per game. As for River Valley, they have been struggling recently as they've lost ten of their last 12 contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-13 record this season.

Highland Prep will face off against Kingman at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for River Valley, they will challenge Chino Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
