Junction made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Leakey, but they still couldn't quite topple them. Junction was the clear victor by a 15-5 margin over Leakey on Friday. The high-scoring effort was just what Junction needed considering they were shut out in their previous contest.

Junction has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-15 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.6 runs on average over those games. As for Leakey, their defeat dropped their record down to 14-11-1.
