Volleyball Recap: Upperman Takes a Loss

Upperman saw some tournament action on Saturday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Woodmont Wildcats.

Despite the loss, Upperman still got an impressive performance from Emery Huddleston, who had three digs and three aces. Huddleston is also on a roll when it comes to assists, as she's now posted 13 or more in each of the last 18 games she's played.

Upperman's loss dropped their record down to 18-7. As for Woodmont, the win (which was their ninth in a row) raised their record to 16-3.

Upperman has already played their next game, a 3-0 victory against Watertown on the 15th. As for Woodmont, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against West Ridge on the 13th.
