Volleyball Recap: Goleman Has No Trouble Against Braddock

Goleman won the last time they faced Braddock and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Gators put the hurt on the Bulldogs with a sharp 3-0 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Gators.

Goleman was especially dominant in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-5, 25-21.

Kiersten Joy paced Goleman's offense, picking up ten kills. Joy got some help from Adriana Cuarezma and her 24 assists. Joy was also solid from the service line: she led the team with seven aces.

Goleman's win bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Braddock, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Goleman has already played their next game, a 3-1 victory against Somerset Academy on the 28th. As for Braddock, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 3-1 defeat against Varela on the 28th.
