Basketball Game Preview: Crazy Horse Chiefs vs. Little Wound Mustangs

The Crazy Horse Chiefs will head out to face off against the Little Wound Mustangs at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Crazy Horse knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past four contests -- so hopefully Little Wound likes a good challenge.

Last Friday, Crazy Horse humbled Crow Creek with an 82-45 victory. The victory continues a trend for the Chiefs in their matchups with the Chieftains: they've now won three in a row.

Meanwhile, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, Little Wound beat Lead-Deadwood 70-65 on Saturday.

Crazy Horse's win bumped their record up to 10-8. As for Little Wound, their victory bumped their record up to 9-7.

Crazy Horse skirted past Little Wound 52-49 when the teams last played back in January of 2024. The rematch might be a little tougher for Crazy Horse since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
