If Academy of Science and Innovation wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Comp Sci, they should've done a better job of containing Michael Thorpe. The Eagles were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Ravens on Thursday with plenty of help from Thorpe, who had 14 kills and three blocks. Thorpe is crushing it when it comes to kills: he's had at least seven every time he's taken the court this season.

Comp Sci was especially dominant in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-13, 25-20.

The win made it two in a row for Comp Sci and bumps their season record up to 9-6. As for Academy of Science and Innovation, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost nine of their last ten matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-10 record this season.

Comp Sci does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Academy of Science and Innovation, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against CREC [Civic Leaderdship/Academy of Aerospace and Engineering/Metropolitan Learning Center] on the 7th.
