Softball Recap: Timberlane Falls Short Against Ranked Bishop Guertin

Timberlane faced Bishop Guertin in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Wednesday. The Owls fell just short of the Cardinals by a score of 8-6. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest loss the Owls have suffered since May 17, 2024.

Timberlane got a good showing from Brooke Salafia, who pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits. Salafia has been consistent: she hasn't given up more than two walks any time she's pitched this season.
