Volleyball Recap: Central Rebels vs. Farmington Knights
Central and Farmington met for a duel on Tuesday where Central couldn't get it done. The Central Rebels fell 3-1 to the Farmington Knights. The Rebels were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Knights apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in October of 2023.
While Central had to settle for second, they sure made a game of it, scoring at least 19 points in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 25-21, 21-25, 25-19.
Central now has a losing record at 9-10-1. As for Farmington, their victory bumped their record up to 17-9.
Central will face off against Potosi at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Farmington, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against North County at 6:30 p.m.
