Basketball Recap: Natalie Birmingham's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Niskayuna over Bethlehem Central

Niskayuna lost against Bethlehem Central back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Niskayuna Silver Warriors received a blow as they fell 61-45 to the Bethlehem Central Eagles. The Silver Warriors have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Niskayuna lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Natalie Birmingham, who posted 19 points and five rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Skye Linyear, who almost dropped a double-double on 15 points and nine boards.

Niskayuna now has a losing record at 1-2. As for Bethlehem Central, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Niskayuna will venture away from home to face off against Saratoga Springs at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Bethlehem Central, they will face off against Columbia at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
