Soccer Recap: Crocker Comes Up Short

Crocker was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 1-0 heartbreaker at the hands of the Boonville Pirates. Crocker were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Boonville apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in April of 2024.

Crocker now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Boonville, with the victory, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 2-6-1.

Crocker wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next game, a 2-0 win against Central on the 12th. As for Boonville, they have also already played their next match, a 6-1 victory against California on the 14th.
