Basketball Recap: Charleston Takes a Loss

Charleston lost against Mansfield back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Charleston Tigers had to suffer through a 49-20 loss at the hands of the Mansfield Tigers. The match marked Charleston's lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Charleston has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 10-8 record this season. As for Mansfield, the victory (which was their eighth in a row) raised their record to 14-5.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Charleston will host Cedarville at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Mansfield has already played their next matchup (against Paris), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
