Football Recap: Canton Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Canton lost against Potsdam back in November of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Golden Bears lost to the Sandstoners at home by a 22-6 margin.

Leading Potsdam to victory were Brodey Delaney and Gannon Colbert. Delaney rushed for 126 yards and one TD, while Colbert rushed for 110 yards and one touchdown. Colbert's rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his third straight game with at least 110 rushing yards.

Canton now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Potsdam, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Canton is set to square off against their familiar foe Massena at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday. Meanwhile, Potsdam will face off against rival Franklin Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
