Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Hartsville). They never let the Lower Richland Diamond Hornets get on the board and left with a 14-0 win on Tuesday. It was an even better day for Ann Frances Nutt as she scored three goals for her team.

Hartsville's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 6-1. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up one goal over those three matches. As for Lower Richland, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Looking ahead, Hartsville will take on Crestwood at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Hartsville knows how to get goals on the board -- the team has finished with four goals or more in their past four games -- so hopefully Crestwood likes a good challenge. As for Lower Richland, they will face off against Sumter at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Lower Richland is facing Sumter at the right time seeing as Sumter is stuck on a five-game losing streak.
