Kolter Cranson had a dynamite game for Branson/Kim, rushing for 218 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 12.8 yards per carry, and also picking up 39 receiving yards and a touchdown. Cranson was no stranger to the big play, taking off on a dash that went for 65 yards. Will Doherty was another key back, rushing for 31 yards and two touchdowns.

Meanwhile, Granada blew past Cotopaxi, posting a 67-7 win at home.

Granada found their leader in underclassman Sebastian Pizarro, who rushed for 151 yards and three touchdowns on only five carries. Another rusher making a difference was Alejandro Perez, who rushed for 54 yards and two touchdowns.

Granada's defense made their presence known, laying out the QB five times. Cotopaxi's QB won't forget Maddox Coleman anytime soon given he sacked him three times. Coleman also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, picking up three sacks, forcing a fumble, and making four total tackles in addition to snagging two interceptions both of which were returned for touchdowns.

Perhaps unsurprisingly given the score, Granada was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 224 rushing yards. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Cotopaxi only rushed for 16.

Branson/Kim was taken down by Granada 58-13 in their previous matchup back in August of 2023. That match was all but decided by halftime, at which point Branson/Kim was down 34-7.
