Football Recap: Ocean Springs Greyhounds vs. D'Iberville Warriors
Ocean Springs had won eight straight on the road dating back to last season, but on Friday they bumped up to 6-1 to make it nine. They blew past the D'Iberville Warriors 42-21. Considering the Greyhounds have won three matchups by more than 20 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.
Solomon Baggett had another great game (as he tends to do), rushing for 235 yards and four TDs while picking up 10.2 yards per carry. His rushing production has been exceptional as that marked his fifth straight game with at least 108 rushing yards. Another player making a difference was Sharroid Whitehead, who gained 124 total yards and a touchdown.

They were just one part of a punishing run game: Ocean Springs was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 319 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've posted since back in October of 2024.
