Parsons won the last time they faced Labette County and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Vikings sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 win over the Grizzlies. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Vikings.

Parsons had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next two. The match finished with set scores of 26-28, 25-17, 25-14.

Parsons' victory bumped their record up to 15-7. As for Labette County, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-20 record this season.

Parsons has already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Independence on the 7th. As for Labette County, they will welcome Field Kindley on Tuesday.
