Volleyball Game Preview: Justice Wolves vs. Falls Church Jaguars + How To Watch

After both having extra time off, the Justice Wolves and the Falls Church Jaguars will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.

Last Thursday, Justice came up short against Lewis and fell 3-1. While the Wolves didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Lancers 25-19 in the first set.

Justice started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 19-25, 25-13, 25-17, 25-22.

Meanwhile, Falls Church entered their tilt with Thomas Jefferson Science & Technology on Thursday with three consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with four. They came out on top against the Colonials by a score of 3-1.

Falls Church had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The match finished with set scores of 22-25, 25-22, 26-24, 25-20.

Falls Church's win bumped their record up to 7-3. As for Justice, their loss dropped their record down to 3-5.

Justice took their victory against Falls Church in their previous matchup back in October of 2024 by a conclusive 3-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Wolves since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
