Football Recap: Unaka Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Unaka fell victim to Jellico and their airtight defense on Friday. They were outmatched by the Blue Devils and fell 69-0. The Rangers haven't had much luck with the Blue Devils recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Timothy Pareenteau threw for 85 yards on five of 16 attempts. Ashton Fuller was his top target, picking up 68 receiving yards. On the ground, Brayden Otey rushed for 31 yards.

Unaka's defeat dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Jellico, the win snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 3-5 record.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Unaka will venture away from home to square off against Tri-Cities Christian at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Jellico, they will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Hancock County on the 24th.
