JC Bermudez Doral's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Erik Pardo, who scored eight points along with five rebounds and two steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Matty Malave, who scored eight points.
American's victory bumped their record up to 13-8. As for JC Bermudez Doral, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-9.
