Football Recap: Garfield Gets the Win

After losing to Park Ridge the last time they met, Garfield decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Boilermakers walked away with a 13-6 victory over the Owls on Friday.

The win got Garfield back to even at 1-1.

Garfield wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 26-0 victory against Palisades Park/Leonia on the 12th. As for Park Ridge, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 49-8 win against Weehawken on the 12th.
