After losing to Oakfield the last time they met, Lourdes decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Knights walked away with a 2-0 win over the Oaks on Thursday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Knights.

Their offense was headlined by Anika Leitch and Naomi Liabwill, who picked up six kills apiece. They got some help from Celia Ralofsky and her 19 assists. Finally, Liabwill was also a dominant defender, finishing with a team-high four blocks.

Lourdes' victory bumped their record up to 9-7. As for Oakfield, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 8-3.

Lourdes didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against Shiocton on the 18th. As for Oakfield, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-1 loss against Weyauwega-Fremont on the 18th.
