The Conifer Lobos gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Tuesday. Their defense stepped up to hand Kennedy a 7-0 shutout. It was an even better day for Madeline Anderson as she scored four goals for her team.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Conifer will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Summit at 4:00 p.m. on March 26th. As for Kennedy, they will be playing at home against DSST: College View at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
