Basketball Recap: Early College International Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Early College International can now relate to. They were dealt an 86-32 defeat at the hands of the Wellsville Lions on Wednesday. The Cobras just can't catch a break and have now endured six losses in a row dating back to last season.

Early College International's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Wellsville, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten games. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-4 record this season.

Early College International does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Wellsville, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 59-40 loss against Hornell on the 1st.
