Soccer Recap: Oneida vs. Chuckey-Doak
On Tuesday, the Oneida Indians didn't have quite enough to beat the Chuckey-Doak Black Knights and fell 2-1. Jillian Cross is probably feeling rather frustrated with she team right now: they lost despite she posting four goals.
This is the second loss in a row for Oneida and nudges their season record down to 8-9-2. As for Chuckey-Doak, their win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 14-3-1.
Oneida does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Chuckey-Doak, they will head out on the road to face off against Roane County at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Roane County will roll in looking for their sixth straight victory, something Chuckey-Doak surely won't give up without a fight.
