The Dobson Mustangs's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Thursday after their third straight loss. They took a 50-40 hit to the loss column at the hands of Red Mountain. Dobson has not had much luck with Red Mountain recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.
Dobson lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Tremaine Turner, who scored nine points along with seven rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Donovan Beard, who scored 15 points.

As a matter of fact, that's the most points Griffin has scored all season. Anthony Gamba was another key contributor, scoring six points along with five rebounds.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Dobson will take on Mountain View at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Arizona (Mountain View is ranked 90th, while Dobson is ranked 91st). As for Red Mountain, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against Mesa at 7:00 p.m. Hopefully Mesa focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 17 last Tuesday.
