Chaffey had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Monday. They never let the Compton Tarbabes get on the board and left with a 2-0 victory. Give Chaffey's defense some credit: that's the team's third straight shutout.

Chaffey's win bumped their record up to 6-3. As for Compton, their loss dropped their record down to 2-4-2.
